The problem of boiler drying for fuel and gas boilers

The 3 existing 130t/h fuel and gas boilers have completed their hydrostatic testing, and a plan for drying them out is being prepared. There is one issue: what are good methods for drying these boilers when the conditions for supplying fuel and gas are not yet available? I would appreciate the advice from those who are more experienced.
It can be done by taking advantage of external conditions, but the best approach is to improve one’s own system first; only after meeting the required conditions should further actions be taken – there should be no rush! !
If there are other boilers available to supply steam, a preliminary drying process using steam can be carried out, and the final drying stage can be done once the conditions for using fuel or gas are met.
Our 130-ton furnace is heated using wood! ! !
We also happen to be short of materials in this area. The furnaces we have are of the top-firing type with two flow channels, and regular firewood simply won’t work; moreover, there’s no place to dispose of the ash. Do we really have to use gas? Since it’s a new installation, is purchasing liquefied gas the only option available to us?
Liquefied gas is the best choice, as it provides stable temperature control
