I would like to ask about the specific methods and testing conditions for determining content using liquid chromatography. Our company has also purchased this raw material recently and needs to have it tested; we haven’t yet figured out the appropriate testing method.
1. Based on the properties of this substance, a C-8 column will suffice. If you have a liquid chromatograph, it is recommended that you select an appropriate column and then gradually reduce the proportion of organic phase from 90% down to 10% until the main peaks become separated. 2. Contact the manufacturer to obtain information from the raw material suppliers. 3. Look into the production process to identify the main raw materials, so as to check for any residues of those materials.
