Everyone is welcome to reply with the timeline for the compilation of mechanical equipment sections – generous rewards await. Please reply if you remember: 1. Changes in sections 2. Super moderators and changes among moderators 3. Reforms to sections 4. Great suggestions
In early April 2007, the industrial furnace area was established, which was the predecessor of the equipment exchange area. In June 2007, the Machinery and Equipment section was established, with Douding serving as its first Super Moderator. This post was last edited by rgsmdqy on 2009-3-27 12:08.]
On January 20, 2009, a management reform was implemented for the Machinery Equipment section; under this new system, a single moderator was assigned to oversee that section. The specific measures were as follows: 1. The moderator was appointed or removed by the super moderators based on their performance, with evaluations taken every 3 months. The forum name is listed first in the moderator sequence. 2. The first* moderator has the right to give suggestions and make recommendations regarding the moderators and section leaders in their own section; these suggestions are then submitted to the super moderator for approval, and once approved, they are forwarded to the administrator for implementation. The first moderator will be responsible for recruiting and evaluating other moderators from now on. Super moderators are no longer recruiting on a large scale. 3. The first* moderator is in charge of their own section; they have the authority to carry out daily management, coordination, and provide suggestions. 4. Super moderators award an additional total reward to the first* moderator based on the section’s ranking within the forum; the first* moderator has the right to distribute this reward, which is then given by the super moderators. 5. The top moderator is responsible for distributing the total amount of additional bonuses. For those who rank in the top 5 in their forum sections, the total additional bonus amount is 1000, and it is the top moderator who decides how this amount is distributed. For those who rank 6th to 10th, the total additional bonus amount is 900, again determined by the top moderator. For those who rank 11th to 15th, the total additional bonus amount is 800, still allocated by the top moderator. For those who rank 16th to 20th, the total additional bonus amount is 700, also decided by the top moderator. In the future, the super moderator will determine the total amount based on the situation in each section, while the top moderator will submit a list of those who deserve the additional bonuses (by the 1st of each month), after which the super moderator will distribute those bonuses. In one sentence: You will receive an extra reward if your section makes it into the top 20 on the forum this month. This post was last edited by lxzzl on 2009-3-27 12:09.]
On 2008-11-24, as the forum continued to develop and the number of participants grew, the three sections – Static Equipment, Dynamic Equipment, and Process Area – all saw over 400 posts per day, with the Process Area having more than 600 posts per day. Such a high concentration of posts was not conducive to member participation and made management difficult; as a result, significant adjustments were made again to the Mechanical section. The initiator was “rgsmdqy”, and several members including yyong110, ybl1188, ydb9232, wzk1998, JLH’s sister, ttlkk, etc., participated in the discussions, resulting in the following plan. Mechanical Equipment Section Note: The original “moving equipment” category has been divided into two. 1. Conveying Equipment Technical Exchange Area: Discussion on the selection, installation, commissioning, condition monitoring, maintenance, and repair of various compressors, steam turbines, refrigeration equipment, air conditioning systems, industrial pumps, and fans. Sub-section: Conveying Equipment Technical Exchange Area. 2. 1. A special section for mechanical equipment was added; I can’t remember the exact date, but it was probably around February or March 2008. 2. A dedicated section titled “Why Millions of HaiChuan?” was created; that was around June to July 2008. Sister TaoMu became the second super moderator in February 2008 (I’m not sure if I’m remembering correctly: lol). From June to September 2008, JLH served as the third super moderator. Since then, JLH stepped back due to work commitments, and Sister TaoMu returned. This post was last edited by yyong110 on 2009-3-27 at 12:42.]
On 3-23-2009, taking into account the performance after the layout changes, the cleaner station manager and Tao Mu Shu Chao Ban discussed matters privately and unilaterally made the following adjustment decisions: 1. The storage device version and the container version were merged into one section named “Container and Storage Device Exchange Area”; a separate category was created under this area for the original version owners, with further adjustments to be made after internal discussion. 2. The unit equipment section and the tower equipment area have been merged and renamed the \"Tower and Unit Operation Equipment Exchange Area\". A separate column for the original main content has been added within this area; adjustments will be made after further discussion. 3. Remove areas with irregular formatting

One goal: improve the quality of communication. Two key points: good topics enhance the quality of a section, while good responses encourage members to participate. Scoring criteria for the machinery and equipment sector and evaluation methods for moderators in 2009: 1. Scoring criteria: 1. Topics that are extremely simple and can be understood by just flipping through the pages, or even those that are of mixed quality, will not be scored; members who are satisfied can give a score. 2. For more interesting topics with over 10 replies from moderators, a score of 30 Wealth is given (the scoring can be done the next day). Other moderators cannot rate. Member ratings are encouraged on a voluntary basis. 3. In-depth and excellent replies: the moderator assigns a score of 30–40 in terms of wealth or 3–4 in terms of charm. 4. Average replies: the moderator’s score cannot exceed 5 in terms of wealth (a penalty of 5 points is applied for copied replies). If you have any objections, you can file a complaint, but if it is confirmed that the IP address was indeed copied, then… two. Moderator management: As a supplementary measure, it determines the number of moderators to be managed as well as the criteria for evaluation; the weight assigned to posts posted by moderators is increased to 1, and that for online activities is increased to 1. Good topics that encourage interaction through posts made by moderators are also rated, with moderators evaluating one another. Additional advanced bonuses are awarded by the first* moderator. The method follows the previous one. Qualified moderator: Active index of 300 or above. Good moderator: Active index of 400 or above. Excellent moderator: Active index of 500 or above (eligible for advanced award distribution)

2nd Chemical Machinery Awards Competition 2007-12-30 Luo Mi initiated the 2nd Haichuan Cup Chemical Machinery Awards Competition. 2007 was a memorable year, one that every member of Haichuan takes pride in. During that year, the forum’s registered members increased by 100,000, and with the addition of new members, the development of its various sections entered a period of full prosperity. During this period, the two technical exchange areas of the forum – the Engineering Technology Exchange Area and the Industry Technology Exchange Area – continued to expand, enabling Haichuan to take a solid step forward on its path toward becoming a technology-focused forum ; Additionally, with the help of peachwood combs and several dedicated members, the mechanical equipment section has become an independent section for technical exchange and information sharing ; The establishment of the forum’s technical team marks an effort by the forum to find a model that is more beneficial for both the forum and its members in terms of technical exchange; the technical team is also growing more mature through continuous suggestions and refinement ; At the same time, we are pleased to see that the number of posts in other sections of the forum, as well as the amount of technical exchange posts, continues to reach new heights. More new members are able to integrate into the large family of “Haichuan” as soon as possible and actively participate in the development of the forum and its various sections. What every person from Haichuan should remember is the holding of the \"First Haichuan Chemical Machinery Competition.\" Due to issues related to the approach taken in its preparation and to a lack of experience, although the first competition was very successful, that model could no longer meet the development needs of Haichuan. At the suggestion of Peach Wood Comb, the “2nd Haichuan Cup Chemical Machinery Competition” is set to begin soon. Below is the schedule for this competition: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The first stage: Screening – Preliminary rounds. Peach Wood Comb has prepared the competition questions, all of which are multiple-choice and true/false questions; the cleaning machine system will automatically generate the answers. The topic will be announced on January 5, answering will begin, and the deadline is January 10. Anyone can answer questions during the preliminary round, with the system automatically calculating scores. January 10–January 15: The organizing committee will collectively determine the top 20–30 participants (based on the number of attendees), with each person receiving 500 wealth points plus 1 reputation point. Phase two: Huashan Swordfighting – Final Round, from January 16–January 20: Among the 20 finalists, one champion will be selected; this title will be awarded to a member of the Haichuan Technology team (who will be promoted to engineer within three months, or if they are already members, they will be promoted directly to engineer), along with a medal ; Wealth +2000, Charm +50. Two runners-up: awarded to members of the Haichuan Technology team (who will become engineers within three months), along with medals ; Wealth +1000, Charm +30. For the top 3 finishers: members of the Haichuan Technology Team will receive Wealth +600 and Charm +10. The Bincheng Watchers are to submit the statistics by January 21st to the cleaners. Other criteria for the rewards are determined by the cleaners, and will be announced by Bincheng Watcher by January 25. The winner posts a reply to claim the prize, with the cleaner concluding. Starting from March 10, 2008, the “Weekly Updates on Technical Exchanges for Moving and Static Equipment in the Equipment Section” event was held. It has earned the forum extremely high popularity.
On February 20, 2009, all the daily questions and weekly questions were changed to discussion topic format. The specific requirements are as follows: For topics that are discussed on a daily or weekly basis, it is preferable to use discussion-based questions rather than ones with only one correct answer; otherwise, such questions lose their meaning. For responses to discussion-based questions, no points should be given if they are repetitive. The criteria for awarding points should also be defined clearly – points should not be given for every response, and additional points should only be awarded for those responses that are truly excellent. In this way, gradually, there will be more excellent replies.
Work began on establishing a team of technical experts for the mechanical equipment exchange area on March 19, 2009. The exams will begin on the 19th. The exam results were announced on March 22, 2009, as follows: Those who are willing to serve as experts will receive an additional point of reputation; those who do not have time to act as experts in the mechanical equipment category will be given a certain amount of wealth based on their scores, plus 5 points in charm. Serious candidates only – being an expert requires effort! ! ! ! 1st place: 4507 90, 2nd place: ABZZB 74, 3rd place: Barber 73, 4th place: kabasan1 71, 5th place: hehe2006 70, 6th place: tanmx 69, 7th place: Hai Zhong Tian 68, 8th place: Action2008 67, 9th place: dqf31 66, 10th place: zcs002 61, 11th place: hanger 59
