What are the requirements to evaluate senior engineers?

1. For engineering programs in English, one needs to take the Science and Engineering English A exam; I’m aware of that, but I’m not quite sure what the difference between A and B is 2. For computers: Three computer-related courses were passed during the intermediate level assessment; is there any issue regarding an expiration date? If it doesn’t exist, can one be exempt from the exam when applying for a senior engineer title? 3. Duration: It is said that one must have obtained the intermediate level first, and then wait 4 years before being able to apply for the advanced level. Is that really the rule? This seems a bit unreasonable; it falls into the category of unfair terms. PS: Is it appropriate to post this in this section? Looking at the forum, it seems that only this section is most closely related to the selection process for engineers with professional titles; therefore, it has been placed here. The policy has already changed; now, those who have reached the intermediate level and hold a bachelor’s degree must wait 5 years before they can be promoted to the senior level, while those with an associate degree need to wait 7 years. For master’s degree holders, it seems they can be promoted to the senior level 3 years after reaching the intermediate level
