I need a complete set of documentation including a flowchart for a PVC production plant with an annual capacity of 200,000 tons. If anyone can provide this, I would be very grateful. Thank you
200,000 tons? Now projects under 300,000 tons aren’t allowed to be built, so what do you need this for?
