Our company is conducting trial design of GC2 level pressure pipelines. Could you please tell me what the format of the calculation sheet should be?
Calculation book formats include many: Hydraulic calculation (resistance drop) ； Pipe wall thickness calculation ； Pipe span calculation ； Opening reinforcement calculation ； Insulation thickness calculation ； Stress calculation, etc... I don't know what the above is talking about?
I'm talking about the formats for pipe diameter calculation, wall thickness calculation, pressure loss calculation, and stress analysis.

It is not the content that needs to be calculated, but the form in which it should be expressed after calculation. Is there any special format?
There is no prescribed format, and each unit produces different reports.
Generally, software is used for calculations, and the calculation reports of the software can be sorted out a little. Software such as CII and PRO II are very popular, and the calculation results are also recognized, so the reports automatically produced by the software are also recognized, and we just make a cover. You can determine the format of the calculation book such as pipe diameter and wall thickness by yourself, but you must clearly write down the parameters, calculation formulas, and conclusions.
