Two gas furnaces share a pumping station. Each pumping station is equipped with two gear pumps connected in parallel, usually one on and one in standby, and equipped with common parts such as an outlet high-pressure oil main pipe and a low-pressure oil return main pipe. The stage transition of the gas furnace control system is completed by the lifting and lowering of the hydraulic seat plate valve. The hydraulic system is mainly composed of an oil tank, an oil cooler, an oil level gauge, a filter, a gear pump, a motor, a one-way valve, a throttle valve, a relief valve, an accumulator and a power control switch. The 46# or 68# mechanical oil that has been strictly filtered by the oil filter then enters the fuel tank through the filter screen of the fuel tank filler port, enters the oil pipe filter through the oil pump, is boosted by the gear oil pump, and then passes through the one-way valve, throttle valve, stop valve and outlet ball valve to the outlet pressure oil main pipe of the pump station (the pressure oil main pipe is connected to the accumulator), and then the pressure oil goes to the valve station The integrated block and each oil cylinder have a rod cavity, and the connecting lines of the rodless cavity of each oil cylinder are led to the corresponding solenoid valves and electro-hydraulic valves.
