Set the rapping action in DCS: rap for one minute every 30 minutes, in 4 groups rotating in sequence, with three points per group; start manually and operate in automatic cycle. Is the vibrating action generally performed in a DCS, or is it controlled separately by a PLC? Let’s talk about it.
With such a long time interval, there is no need for a PLC; a DCS will suffice.

You can operate it using DCS; once automatic operation is enabled, set the vibration time and the ash discharge time. For example, if the vibration time is 60 seconds and the ash discharge time is also 60 seconds, if you don’t want the vibration to last too long, you can set the time for the next action to 2400 seconds or more
