Case sharing on CSB

CSB, the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board, shares some truly classic cases; however, since they are in English, it is difficult to promote them, and translating them is quite challenging. Do anyone have any good ideas on how to promote such cases within one’s own organization?
Case analysis is not just useful, but extremely useful. Upon careful examination of these cases, it becomes clear that DuPont’s safety philosophy is quite classic: \"All accidents can be prevented!\" ” Regarding that employee’s suffocation, could it be that he connected the air supply incorrectly? It’s also possible that the connections are correct, but the two air supply sources are labeled incorrectly. The security cases selected by CSB are all highly typical. I once had access to video footage of an accident that occurred at a refinery in Texas, United States, in 2005, related to a certain oil giant company; it was quite classic and indeed very useful. There’s also ENSR; there are some updates regarding EHS in China, but their focus is more on environmental protection, with relatively less attention paid to industrial safety.
Haha, after all, it’s not something honorable, so one should at least give the other person some face.
