This post was last edited by QXZ-1966 on 2009-5-3 at 16:05. Which guy has used Malvern’s particle size analyzers from the UK? How is the MS2000 model (that is, the MasterSizer2000 model) performing? Especially, how much will this model cost in ten thousand units? I’m worried it might exceed the budget!
The Mastersizer2000 represents the perfect combination of advanced laser diffraction technology and highly practical conventional particle characterization – it has become the best choice for particle size analysis in laboratories around the world. This instrument operates entirely automatically, capable of measuring powders, suspensions, and emulsions, and producing reliable measurement results based on standardized procedures. The particle size measurement range is from 0.02μm to 2000μm. The sample disperser, which can be used for both wet and dry analysis, is suitable for all types of samples. The modular system design allows for quick switching between wet and dry measurement modes. The disperser features an automatic recognition system, ensuring easy operation. Integrated standard operating procedures (SOPs) help to set measurement methods and dispersion conditions in accordance with the ISO13320-1 international standard. The Autosampler2000 fully automatic sampler enables operation without human intervention. Software functions include a results database, report designer, standard operations, program wizard, customer parameter calculation, flexible data output, an optical parameters database, a secure access system, and a solution that meets the requirements of US FDA 21CFR Part11. As for the price, it’s hard to say… haha
Thank you for answering my question again; But what matters most is still the price ; Hehe ; )
Just ask someone who sells instruments, right?
This problem can be solved by getting a quote from a supplier.
