Laboratory in the warehouse

The maintenance room and laboratory are located in the warehouse (Category B). The specific order is Category B warehouse, laboratory, and maintenance room. There are firewalls in the middle. Is this arrangement okay? Or are there any rules?
If the Category B production plant is an open structure, it can be equipped with a maintenance room for separate production equipment. For example, in a gas generator factory, a maintenance room can be set up in a corner of the factory. Laboratory and maintenance rooms are not allowed to be set up in Category B warehouses. is not in compliance with the norm. Firewalls are not allowed. Warehouses have very high requirements for fire protection. None of the D-type ones will work.

I would also like to ask, if there is an explosion-proof wall between the laboratory and the Class B warehouse, can it be built closely? Is there any specification that explains whether it is possible or not? Looking forward to the advice.
