The interlock diagram for the conversion system designed by Huahai No.2 Research Institute is excellent; following it will suffice. Our company delayed the installation of interlocks, which led to many safety issues.

Generally, there’s no need to invest. Our conversion chain is not affected at all; nothing problematic has occurred with ours either. You just need to set the output to a default value – there’s no need to apply any restrictions
While driving, all the links should be disengaged and switched to manual mode. Once driving is normal, some chain self-regulation can be applied as appropriate. For example, the oxygen supplied to the conversion furnace still needs to be adjusted manually after it is brought online, and the adjustment should be made according to the actual conditions of your company.
