For your information, I think \"completeness\" refers to the fact that the equipment has nothing missing, meaning all the main components and accessories are present; for example, \"Check equipment completeness: tools, instruments, spare parts, consumables.\" While \"integrity\" seems to refer to the degree of integration or completeness of the equipment.
I think integrity refers to completeness, while completeness means being thorough or full. Equipment can also be described using the term integrity: structural integrity refers to the overall integrity of a structure, system integrity refers to the integrity of a system, and water-tight integrity refers to the degree of water sealing. Completeness, on the other hand, denotes thoroughness – such as the completeness of a set of functions or the degree of completeness in combustion. These two terms are synonyms, so they can sometimes be used interchangeably. It’s just that Integrity also implies perfection and integrity, whereas completeness simply means being complete.

Equipment Integrity can only be translated as Equipment Integrity; I see it written that way in foreign articles as well. It cannot be translated as Completeness, as that refers to a completely different meaning!

That’s correct; equipment integrity refers to mechanical integrity, but it encompasses not only mechanical aspects but also things like instrumentation and electrical control systems.
Integrity refers to the completeness of a device’s functions – that is, its ability to meet specified standards. This is possible only if the device is complete and thorough (i.e., without any deficiencies or redundancies)
