Response position: ①Turn off the external heating furnace immediately (close both gas valves) and cool down to ensure normal burning of the constant light. ； Open the primary and secondary air doors and the flue baffle to change to natural ventilation ； Contact the internal operation, clean the furnace tube, sweep the oil in the furnace tube into the coke tower, close the fuel gas regulating valve, and contact the external operation in time. Observe the system steam pressure and furnace tube pressure, and notify the outside operator to clean the heating furnace tube. ； ②The internal operation controls the fuel gas pressure, and contacts the external operation to ensure the normal combustion of the ever-burning lamp and the dispatching. The heavy dirty oil discharge device is operated externally (build an open circuit cycle). Change the four-way valve to (feeding on the new tower). Turn on the start-stop pump and establish an open circuit cycle (fractionating tower - heating furnace - feeding on the coke tower - oil dump tank - cold tank) (fractionation tower - heating furnace - oil dump tank - cold tank) (Should small blowing be performed? What if the new tower is decoking? The new tower is freezing? ) ③ The external operator closes the deoxygenated water injection furnace tube valve and the heating furnace water injection pump outlet valve ④ The internal operator observes the furnace outlet temperature and informs the external operator to adjust the flame of the ever-burning lamp to ensure that the outlet is at 300-400°C. When the road outlet drops to 360°C, notify the outside operator to cut off the coke tower flow and change the furnace outlet to directly enter the cold tank. 3. Fractionation positions ① The external operator closes each pump outlet valve and the internal operator closes each regulating valve ② The external operator cuts off E-3107A, B, E-3108 to prevent the steam generator from drying out ③ The internal operator notifies the dispatcher of wax oil sweeping line and the external operator wax oil sweeping line 4. Stable and double-off position ① The internal operator adjusts the torch to ensure that fractionation is not suppressed and the external operator closes the compressor outlet valve ② The external operator closes the gasoline and dry gas outlet valves ； Close each pump outlet valve ； ③The internal operation removes the heat source of the stabilizing tower and analytical tower. The external valve closes the upstream and downstream valves of the heat source. ④Internal operation closes the poor absorption oil and rich absorption oil regulating valves of the reabsorption tower ； Adjust the reabsorption tower pressure control valve to maintain stable system pressure ； Close the non-condensable gas regulating valve of the stable tower top reflux tank ； Adjust the pressure of C-3401 and C-3503 to maintain the pressure of the dry gas desulfurization system and the liquefied gas double desulfurization system. If a call is received within 4 hours, the heating furnace will be ignited and heated up and transferred to start-up operation. If the power outage exceeds 4 hours, the device will be deoiled and the pipeline will be purged and treated as shutdown.
