During equipment installation, it was found that there were no embedded bolts in the foundation; the individual storage tanks were placed directly on the foundation without any fixation. I wonder if this is a problem The elevation of the base top surface of the monomer storage tank (i.e., the bottom surface of the tank supports) is 4 m, and the tank specifications are Φ3600×10000.
Generally, as you mentioned, the dimensions of the storage tank and the height of its foundation should be secured with foot bolts; otherwise, it won’t be very stable!

I think it needs to be secured; when designing and installing it, minor earthquakes should be taken into account, as they could topple your storage tank. If it’s not secured, it’s very unsafe.
