What is it used for dust removal? Commonly used pulse bag dust collectors and foam dust collectors,
There are mechanical dust collectors and electric dust collectors.
Which dust collector should be used under any working conditions? As long as you choose the right dust collector, each dust collector will work well.
How is the dust removal effect on the top and side of the machine?
Coke pushing, coaling, dust removal, coke transfer belt dust removal, coal preparation dust removal, we use UO cyclone dust removal, dry coke quenching, ground dust removal, pulse bag dry quenching, body circulating gas, high temperature ceramic multi-tube cyclone dust removal
The question is too general. Different flue gas properties (different particle sizes, temperatures, compositions, concentrations, and corrosiveness) require different dust removal methods.
What kind of dust removal equipment does your factory use now? What kind of equipment is used for coal loading and coke extraction? It seems that the problem can be solved by using two separate sets of equipment without using a ground dust removal station.
The dust removal in our factory is a ground station for coal loading and coke discharge, dry quenching coke dust removal is environmental ground dust removal, coke screening is ground recoil ground dust removal, and coal storage and blending is a single dust removal equipment
