A vertical storage tank supported by a skirt, used to store nitrogen, with a design pressure of 1.8MPa, a nominal diameter of 3800mm, a total height of 11000mm, a safety valve and a relief valve on the top, and a valve operating platform. How to get to the top platform? I saw a similar storage tank where a straight ladder with a cage was built to go up to the top platform. The diameter of this storage tank is not small. Wouldn't it be easier to use a winding ladder to go up? Are there any relevant regulations?
