Our company plans to launch a new 60Kt/A sulfuric acid project. The raw material is roasting flue gas from high-arsenic gold concentrate. We hope that experts can provide guidance on key sulfuric acid-making equipment and reliable quality manufacturers. No ads. If any experts can provide relevant process information, I would be very grateful.
My company seemed to have had a plan for a high arsenic ore the year before last, but it seemed to have been abandoned for some unknown reason. Since I am an equipment manufacturer, I don't know much about it. If you need it, you can call 025-57060928 to ask.
At present, the Qingsong Group in Yangzhou is doing better in this field in China. They have a complete set of process packages, from design, manufacturing, installation to debugging.
May I ask where your factory is located on the first floor? I am also engaged in equipment. I have just completed a project. You must have had a fixed supplier in the past. You can invite bids. Just let them bid.
The most important thing is the design. We must make the best use of everything and not waste it. Some parts of the Qingsong project are also outsourced and there are more exciting spots: lol
The key is the removal of arsenic and the key points of the design using what method to control it.
The most critical equipment is the blower, which blows well.
This also depends on the positioning of the device. If you want the most cutting-edge, use a KK fan for the fan, a Lewis pump for the acid pump, Meng Mok for the demister (foam) device, acid separator, etc., use Monsanto or Topsoe for the catalyst, etc. In China, use a sinking drum. The Shaanxi blower seems to be good, and the acid pump is from Dalian or Kunming Jiahe. If you want to save money, use some unknown brands. You can do whatever you want, but it can also be mixed. I think back then we made sulfuric acid by ourselves. We made the conversion valves and sulfur guns by ourselves, so we followed suit.
You can consult the Nanhua Research Institute. They do a good job in arsenic removal and recycling. This post was last edited by txgyl on 2009-3-29 22:11 ]
You will know everything after attending an annual meeting.
Thanks for the advice from all the experts, I just started learning* I hope you can give me more advice on making antacid. If you have any information, please send it to goldlizhongyu@163.com. Thank you in advance.
Lewis's pump is really good. It can be used for one cycle (one year) without any maintenance in between. If money is not a concern, I will still use this pump.
