Due to the different design pressures of its various components, the low-temperature methanol washing unit should be tested for airtightness in sections: High-pressure section: Washing section； Medium-pressure section: First flash section ； Low-pressure section: Second flash section ； Low-low pressure section: Third-stage flashing section ； Thermal regeneration section and water separation ； Since the exhaust gas washing section is at atmospheric pressure, no special requirements are necessary. 、
