How to attract R&D professionals to the forum?

I have been on this forum for a year now, and I’ve noticed that most of the people who use our Haichuan Forum are from chemical manufacturing companies, design firms, and construction companies. So how can we attract researchers in R&D and those working in fundamental theoretical research to this forum? This phenomenon is particularly evident in the analytical, fine chemical, and pharmaceutical sections; similar situations exist in other sections as well. In other words, few people who are engaged in research on new methods and theories come to this forum. To build a prosperous and thriving Haichuan, let’s all work together, share our ideas, offer constructive suggestions, and contribute our modest efforts to creating a harmonious and beautiful Haichuan.
The suggestions from Canghai’s moderator are excellent. The key is to know how to attract and retain senior personnel; only in this way can Haichuan become more attractive and have a greater impact
Developers may think it’s difficult, but in reality, it’s sufficient to retain the people in charge of production, design, construction, and maintenance. The key issue is keeping the experienced senior engineers; honestly, if those engineers can be retained, Haichuan has a great deal of potential.
