Liquid chromatography issues

I used water as the mobile phase, and then injected some more water; as a result, a peak appeared. Why would water with the same components as the mobile phase produce a peak? I don’t understand it~~~~
It’s possible that the pressure, temperature, etc., inside the container have changed. Liquid chromatography is very sensitive; I’ve used it once~~~
Is the injector clean? What type of detector are you using? This situation should not occur under normal circumstances; otherwise, the mobile phase you have chosen is not suitable
A colleague made a mistake and gave me a mixture of methanol and water instead of pure water. Thank you to the two people above~~
