After feeding material into the Texaco gasifier, how can the amount of the core sample be adjusted to the normal value? Should it all be considered from those parameters or perspectives? Please give me some advice. Thank you
1. A higher oxygen flow at the center facilitates the atomization of the coal slurry, enabling better atomization and thus improving the gasification efficiency. 2. The temperature in the slag discharge area is adjusted to prevent slag from accumulating on the furnace walls, ensuring smooth slag discharge. 3. The flame is made longer, with the dark zone moving downward, which in turn moves the reaction zone downward as well. 4. Two explanations: 1. As the central oxygen increases, the relative amount of main oxygen decreases, the atomization angle increases, and the flame becomes shorter； 2. As the central oxygen level increases, the flame becomes longer and the atomization angle decreases ； Which version is correct? I hope everyone will discuss it.
It depends on what the purpose of adjusting the oxygen level in the control center is.
