What compressor do you use and where is it used?
Check the PH value of the condensate water in front of the machine, check the PH value of the condensate water after the machine, and check whether the high waste from the converter is higher than before. Check whether the separator that aggregates and is recycled to the gas cabinet is dirty.
You can consider the following aspects: 1. Cooling effect of oil mist cooler 2. Type of oil used, boiling point and other quality indicators 3. Sealing of the entire compressor body 4. Compressor 1~4 compression temperature 5. Effect of gas-liquid separator 6. Oil mist filter
What kind of compressor is it? Chlorine compressors should be different from hydrogen compressors and air compressors.
We use a water ring compressor! ! ! Our recycled monomer does not have a gas holder, we directly condense it and reuse it.
