How are pipes made of these two materials cut?

What methods are used to cut chromium-molybdenum steel and stainless steel pipes? I heard that ordinary gas cutting doesn’t work!

For plasma cutting, if the pipe wall isn’t too thick, it can be polished using a stainless steel grinding wheel!
Use plasma – there definitely won’t be any problems!
Stainless steel can be cut using plasma cutting; then why can’t chromium-molybdenum materials be cut with gas cutting? Stress relief annealing is required after welding – so can’t it be done during cutting as well? I’ve never heard of that. Are there any standards or specifications that address this? !???
