Therefore, the requirements for internal and external leakage in programmable valves are much higher than those in other pressure swing adsorption systems (such as pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production systems, conventional pressure swing adsorption decarburization systems, pressure swing adsorption oxygen enrichment systems, etc.).
