(2) Shut off the water supply valve for the vacuum pump in the purification system, and inform the previous process to stop supplying the feed gas. (3) After the gas supply is stopped, immediately close the manual valves at the gas inlet and outlet of the system, then quickly shut down some of the vacuum pumps in the purification system, leaving only one vacuum pump operating in that system.
