May I ask what the typical iron content limit for finished alkali products is in PPm?

After reading some posts, it seems that the problem of excessive iron content in the finished alkali usually occurs in the tanks used to store this finished alkali; I’m not sure if that’s the case. We keep it below 5PPm; if the iron content in the finished alkali is high, the main reason is the use of carbon steel tanks for storing the finished alkali. This post was last edited by yzhms on 2009-3-29 14:31]
It also depends on what kind of alkali pipeline you use; if they are all made of nickel. No problem then. If it is lined with PTFE, it’s possible that the lining has come off

I would like to ask whether the carbon steel tanks of such expensive companies are coated with anti-corrosion materials
It depends on your own requirements; you can follow GB209-2006
