May I ask about the water interconnection process in the SSR process, specifically in the regenerator top reflux tank? Thanks! ! !
During hot-state operation, water vaporizes at the top of the tower and then condenses to flow into the reflux tank at the top of the regeneration tower; the reflux pump is activated to send this water back into the tower. The water keeps vaporizing and being sent back into the tower continuously. Thus, the reflux tank at the top of the regeneration tower plays a role in the water circulation process.
If the water content in the solution is low, a certain amount of deoxygenated water is added to the reflux tank; reflux is initiated once the temperature at the top of the tower exceeds the temperature of the rich liquid entering the tower, thereby enabling water circulation.
During cold-water operation, it is not necessary to consider the top reflux tank; brine can be injected into this tank, and it can then be pumped into the regeneration tower using the bottom reflux pump of the regeneration tower, thereby ensuring that the pipelines are thoroughly flushed. Once the instruments have been calibrated properly, everything is in order.
Water interconnection is mainly used for checking the return pump; you can directly fill water into the return tank, then start the return pump in order to carry out such an interconnection check
