The circulating water is functioning properly, the oil temperature is at least 35 degrees, the oil level in the tank is normal, all instruments are working correctly, power has been supplied, and the low-point drain is closed; thus, oil circulation can be established. The oil circulation must be stopped more than eight hours after the unit has been shut down.
The oil system is ready for operation: Check whether the coupling of the oil pump is properly installed； The oil pump can be rotated smoothly ； The oil pump is in condition to start the engine ； The fuel level and quality in the tank are normal ； If there is no pressure in the compressor cylinder and sealing oil cannot be established, the sealing oil should be shut off using a cut-off valve or blocked with a blind flange ； Are the oil drain valve or exhaust valve of the oil filter or cooler closed? ； (The above tasks are all carried out before driving.) Conditions for parking: Depending on the compressed medium, the duration for which the oil circulation in the compressor stops varies. When stopping the compressor, pay attention to adjusting the oil temperature; keep the oil circulation running and check for any oil leakage.
