Recently, it has been observed that a large state-owned enterprise has tightened its management practices, launching frequent activities that force workers to work overtime, giving up lectures and other activities, writing reflections, taking exams, etc. This level of detailed control makes everyone feel insecure and extremely exhausted. I want to ask if everyone has had a similar experience: does improved management in companies mean using a series of activities to take up workers’ time extensively, leaving them overwhelmed and exhausted?
It’s the same everywhere; this is even more true for private enterprises. Adjust your mindset and persevere: handshake
I had a similar experience when I worked in a state-owned enterprise; once I even took exams in mathematics, physics, chemistry, Chinese, and history for middle school – it was utterly absurd! Do you know why? Our President Guo used to teach in a middle school!
After reading what you wrote, I feel much better. We don’t take exams in math, physics, chemistry, Chinese, or history in middle school; instead, we take exams on management systems, because our boss wants to manage people through systems: lol
State-owned enterprises are all more or less the same: instead of focusing on ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency, they only make employees learn things that have nothing to do with their work, with constant exams – it’s not easy to get by there.
