What is the operating temperature for vacuum pumps?

Dear friends: Recently, one of our company’s devices needs to be evacuated at 300 degrees. We’re not sure whether a vacuum pump can still function properly at this temperature, and what temperature limits exist for its operation. Anyone who knows the answer would be appreciated; thank you
Is it still this high up to the vacuum pump inlet? How about adding a cooler in front?
Because it’s only for experimental purposes; it’s not cost-effective to build another condenser
