Catalyst loss can be monitored by considering the following points: 1. Whether the type and particle size of the catalyst added comply with the process operating procedures. 2. Whether the space velocity and residence time of the catalyst added meet the operational requirements. 3. The gas velocity of the material being processed, the volume of the feed gas, and the sulfidation conditions within the reaction vessel where the catalyst is used. 4. The operating condition and separation efficiency of the cyclone separator. 5. Whether the material legs and drip valves are clogged. 6. Whether the height-to-diameter ratio of the reactor is appropriate. 7. Whether the amount of catalyst added is excessive or if the liquid level is too high
