I would like to ask everyone how the consumption of crude benzene washing oil is calculated, how it is measured on-site, and what the basis for this is Such as the liquid level in the circulating oil washing tank, etc.
Generally, the liquid level in each tank is displayed. By calculating the amount of oil used for washing that has decreased over a certain period based on the liquid levels in these tanks, we obtain the amount of oil consumed for washing during that time; dividing this value by the output of crude benzene gives the amount of oil required per ton of benzene produced.
