Which design firm is good at asphalt work?

There is currently one tar processing unit with a capacity of 100,000 tons per year; it is used only for producing blended asphalt. Now, we intend to add more asphalt production facilities (for producing modified asphalt, rigid asphalt, medium-temperature asphalt, etc.)
I think the design capabilities of top domestic design institutes are more or less similar; what really matters is the level of their technical professionals, as well as the process routes and process packages provided to them. They will carry out detailed design based on your own ideas. Relying solely on design institutes to create excellent designs is very difficult.

Do we still need a design institute? Find two people to operate one steam-blowing column, and three reforming reactors will suffice to get the job done

The design institutes are quite capable; specific details will be determined through actual design work. We have collaborated with Wuhan University of Science and Technology, and the experience was good

Jiaonai Institute carried out tar processing for Shanxi Coking using French equipment and technology; it is said that the modified asphalt produced is of good quality. Anyone with a certificate can do it, but how many people actually have such certificates? The counterfeit tar has been processed so far, but who will take responsibility when the actual inspection comes around?
