Based on the activity of the catalyst in use, the proportion of inert gases such as CH4 and N2 is generally kept between 18–25%; this value should be adjusted according to the actual conditions of your plant
Check the methane conversion rate of your conversion system; ensure that the inert gas content in the synthesis system is around 15%, adjusting it according to the different stages of the catalyst usage.
