I need a set of sample completion documents (preferably for long-distance pipelines)

Because the construction period for our project was too long, I was transferred in midway to work as a technician; it was my first time dealing with completion documents, and I hadn’t attended any training prior to the project starting. I am currently working on the completion documents, and I’m not very clear about how to fill out many of the forms. The owner and supervisor who were in charge of the documents at the start of the project have since left, so it’s now very difficult to figure out who to turn to for help. I hope that some kind-hearted person can provide me with complete completion documents that have been approved by the relevant authorities (preferably those related to long-distance pipelines). It doesn’t matter whether the owner belongs to CNPC or Sinopec; in any case, they are all learning*. Just use the completion documents for CNPC’s 1999–Green Cover Edition–CNPC Refining segment; that standard was developed for long-distance pipeline projects.
Where can I download the CNPC 1999 – Green Cover Edition – CNPC Refining version?
What is the standard number for that standard?~
It is mainly in the format of a green book, but some of the tables are problematic – for example, some lack a second set of tables, including those related to DCS calibration records. I would recommend consulting the supervisor or the relevant engineers from the owner’s project team to find out their requirements. There are too many tables in the green book; it isn’t necessary to fill them out all for every project
