What is the typical value of the fluidization number n for a fluidized bed used in the synthesis of trichlorosilane?
What is the typical operating gas velocity range for fluidized beds used in the synthesis of trichlorosilane? What is the experience value? Who can answer? I would be very grateful! !

The original poster could talk about what fluidization number you guys have used. What kind of distribution plate should be used, what value should the opening rate be set at, and what value should the pressure drop be set at?
I used a flow velocity of 0.126 m/s; the fluidization number was 9. Since the particle sizes vary, the values obtained will also differ. The distributor uses a side-seam cone cap type, with an opening ratio of 0.0065. The pressure drop across the distribution plate is 124 kg/m2.
