Each boiler is equipped with a scraper slag extractor; the high-temperature slag that falls into the furnace chamber is cooled by cooling water, and then it is removed by the scraper slag extractor and deposited in a slag bin. Each boiler has one such slag bin, and there is a slag discharge outlet at the bottom of the bin; from there, the slag is transported by truck to a ash dump or to users who utilize it for various purposes. The overflow water from the scraper slag extractor and the slag bin is sent to the wastewater treatment system, where it undergoes treatment processes such as chemical addition, clarification, sedimentation, and cooling before being reused. Process flow of the wastewater treatment system: Pump, sludge skimmer overflow water, regulating tank, pump, purifier, clear water tank – used in the sludge and water circulation system; pump, sludge tank. Using this system, the following can be achieved: 1. The quality of the treated wastewater: SS≤30mg/L ； 2 Low power consumption ； 3 Low operating and maintenance costs ； 4 The equipment operates stably and reliably, with no need for manual operation ； 5 Eliminate dust accumulation in buffer tanks and water seal grooves ； 6 Achieve self-circulation of slag water.
