For coking, what needs to be recovered is the gas when the old tower is empty. This is just like what you said, make preparations for recovery in advance. As long as there is enough gas tank capacity, it can be completely recovered.
Generally, building gas cabinets on refineries can basically eliminate flares! From the perspective of long-term operation of the device, the gas volume should not be adjusted by adjusting the device compliance. This is not good for the device and is a waste of time!
