High-pressure gas flows back into the suction chamber, resulting in poor efficiency and even damage to components. 2. Prevent flutter when the valve disc rises. General flutter is caused by excessive spring force. The air flow circulation time is short. 3. The flow resistance of the air valve is reduced, which can lower power consumption. Therefore, for those with a smaller stroke, the multi-channel approach is more widely accepted.
With fixed installation dimensions, the more rings there are, the smaller the size of the grooves will be; this makes it easier for blockages to occur when the gas is particularly dirty. The most important things to consider are maintaining the flow area and the spring force.
