Contents of construction preparation The contents of preparatory work should be determined based on the requirements and conditions of the project. Generally, construction preparation includes the following: (1) Establishing a construction organization structure – assigning personnel to various positions. (2) Technical preparation — preparation of technical documents, establishment of a quality assurance system, safety measures. (3) Material preparation — Submit plans for main construction materials and consumable materials. (4) Preparation of construction machinery and standard instruments — Submit a plan for the machinery and standard instruments. (5) Develop a construction plan — — Create a construction network plan. Is the construction company acting as a general contractor or is it only responsible for the actual construction work? If it’s a general contractor, then things are easier for the owner – all that’s needed is to be prepared to oversee the process and carry out regular quality checks. If construction, design, and procurement are handled separately, with the owner managing them themselves, then the task is to coordinate everything properly and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
