Our company uses two diesel outlets. Why is the temperature at the lower outlet very stable, but the temperature at the upper outlet fluctuates greatly?
So how does your company control the temperature of diesel produced? Generally speaking, the temperature of diesel output is controlled by the return temperature in fractionation one. Diesel has two extraction ports, and one outlet usually has two return ports. I don’t know if your company is designed like this. If so, then you should check whether the return flow rate and return temperature of the upper return tower in your No. 1 Middle School are normal? :lol
For a fractionation tower with two diesel extraction ports, if the design is not good, it is easy for the gas-liquid separation to be poor, causing fluctuations, especially at the upper extraction port. For details, you can check whether there are dry plates in the upper and lower extraction trays. This is generally a problem in the design.
Status of my device: The lower extraction outlet is controlled by an intermediate reflux flow rate, and the upper extraction outlet uses rich absorption oil to return to the tower for internal reflux. Personally, I think both pumping outlets are fully pumped out, so it is better to open one, and there is no need to open a small amount of the upper pumping outlet when increasing diesel production.
Several diesel outlets can be set up, which is more convenient to adjust.
Are the two extraction ports of light diesel oil fully extracting buckets? Or is the top extraction a partial extraction bucket and the bottom extraction a full extraction bucket? However, no matter which type it is, if both drawers are opened, the situation mentioned by the original poster will occur.
