There are many problems in the process of obtaining a work safety license. For example: the explosion protection issues of the motor in the high-pressure pump, safety distances in the layout, fire resistance ratings, and so on.
The motors used in high-pressure compressors are now mostly synchronous motors. Explosion protection is achieved through positive pressure ventilation of the commutator rings; it is difficult to ensure proper fire separation distances in the layout design, and such units must be removed if they are located near major hazard sources. Other preventive measures include sealing doors and windows. High standards are generally required for the fire resistance rating of buildings; in many older enterprises, there are still many wooden beams and roofs that need to be removed and replaced.

Such enterprises face not only the above problems but also issues related to distances from surrounding areas that do not meet the required standards, as cities develop and are constructed. For such enterprises, it is best to provide funding and implement policies for relocation; otherwise, it will be difficult for them to meet the evaluation criteria.
The issue of explosion-proof electrical equipment is one aspect; as mentioned above, the most difficult part to handle is the spacing issue. Moreover, this is a widespread problem across the country, one that stems from historical factors. In our view, companies make progress year by year, and safety conditions continue to improve rather than deteriorate; therefore, companies should be allowed to monitor their operations.
