I wonder if any experts know what material the filter elements of the dry gas seal in a syngas compressor are made of?
I would like to know that too; please give me some advice
Hehe, this question is so simple it shouldn’t pose any challenge to you; why do you still ask here? A Jian just wants others to give him a few more points, I guess. Use 1cr18Ni9Ti or 304
Thank you. Is floor 3 made of 0cr18Ni9Ti? What is the purpose? Thank you is to earn extra points:handshake
Please check on the 3rd floor before answering; do not mislead others. The filter element is made of ceramic sintering, with a coarse filtration accuracy of 10u and a fine filtration accuracy of 5u.
What is the normal service life of the 5th floor? Thank you:handshake
The lifespan mainly depends on the quality of the gas being filtered. If the gas quality is already poor, it’s hard to say. The coarse filtration precision for the main sealing gas in the dry gas seal is 10u, while the precision of the fine filter is 3u. Generally, when the pressure difference before and after exceeds 0.3 MPa, it should be replaced. The manufacturer should have specific data.
These are fiber filters with precision levels of 5μ and 1μ
Upstairs, isn’t your accuracy too high as well? Which manufacturer makes your dry gas seal? Thank you. We are from John Klan; the precision is 10μ. This post was last edited by 794500 on 2009-4-5 at 21:31.]
The filtering material is mainly glass fiber, with a precision of 1-3 microns
The precision is 1μ to 3μ. We manufacture German BOLL filters; feel free to contact us via QQ: 1290516910
It should be 1cr18Ni9Ti or 304 steel; these two materials have good quality and do not produce slag. .
