Suffix 32 refers to a cable with fine steel wire armor and polyvinyl chloride sheath, while suffix 33 refers to a cable with fine steel wire armor and polyvinyl chloride-like sheath. Suffix 42 denotes a cable with thick steel wire armor and polyvinyl chloride sheath, and suffix 43 denotes a cable with thick steel wire armor and polyvinyl chloride-like sheath.
The maximum operating temperature for the conductors of VV (VLV) type cables is 70 degrees Celsius; in the event of a short circuit (lasting less than 5 seconds), the maximum temperature does not exceed 160 degrees Celsius. The maximum rated operating temperature for the conductors of YJV (YJLV) type cables is 90 degrees Celsius, and the maximum temperature during a short circuit (lasting less than 5 seconds) does not exceed 250 degrees Celsius.
