The UV detector is actually quite easy to repair. First, take a look at the schematic diagram, then follow the instructions step by step; the key is to be careful. The main problems are glass contamination and a faulty light source. When I tried to replace it for the first time, I thought it would be difficult, but once I did it, I found it to be very simple

It can save you a lot of work; keeping some pictures is also for the records of the instrument. In the past, we drew by hand; one instrument would produce at least a hundred or so drawings. How much better things are now! Don’t wait for your boss to provide one; buy one yourself – it’s multi-functional.
