Stardain Pump 2001.07.02: The smaller LMV322 pump features a single-stage speed increase, with the rotation direction being opposite to that of the input. The larger LMV311 pump has a two-stage speed increase, and its rotation direction is the same as that of the input. Note: 1. After maintenance, the motor’s rotation direction must not change; otherwise, the impeller may fall off. 2. The inlet valve should be fully open, and the outlet valve should be opened to at least 1/3 of its full opening degree. 3. When starting the pump, perform a trial start to ensure that the bearings are lubricated by oil. At the moment of starting the vehicle, the high-speed bearing shells were not lubricated. (Because the pump does not have an auxiliary oil pump, the main oil pump is on the low-speed shaft.) ) The hydraulic pressure (0.22–0.35 Mpa) must not be below 0.11 Mpa; driving is prohibited in such cases. After major repair, the fuel level should be 4/5 of the fuel sight glass. Add a small amount of oil after starting the engine (since the oil pipeline is empty), ensuring that the oil level reaches 4/5 of the gauge’s maximum mark. 4. The gearbox relies on oil immersion for lubrication; under no circumstances should the pump be started without oil. 5. The rolling bearing XKF is a tin-based grade 3 bearing, meeting the international standard P4. It needs to be replaced after 20,000 hours of operation; each bearing seat is equipped with an injector (Ø0.4mm), and these injectors must be cleared during maintenance. LMV322: 4 nozzles; LMV311: 2 nozzles. 6. Gear precision (grade 433): If protrusions can be felt when the hand slides over the gear surface, the gear should be replaced. The high-speed shaft can be replaced individually; it generally lasts for 10 to 15 years. It is necessary to alternate between pumps A and B on a regular basis to prevent water vapor from accumulating in the fuel tank. 7. The input shaft can move axially. The main oil pump is a cycloidal positive-displacement pump. The main oil pump has a spring for adjusting the oil pressure. The play of the input shaft is 1.2 mm. The play of the high-speed shaft is 0.33–0.43 mm. 8. The thrust disc has a play of 1.6 mm; care must be taken to ensure it is installed in the correct position within the groove. (The input shaft is in the correct position with no play.) A shim should be placed under the radial bearing, with a thickness of generally less than 0.10 mm. The clearance for the radial bearing should be between 0.085 and 0.145 mm; 0.10 mm is the ideal value. 9. Oil seal compression: 1.8 mm (1.6–2.0 mm). Mechanical seal compression: 2.2 mm (1.8–2.2 mm). 10. Leakage rate: The oil seal allows 8 ml/hour, while the mechanical seal allows 16 ml/hour. 11. During maintenance, care must be taken to ensure that O-rings are not omitted. During maintenance, one person should be in charge and handle it from start to finish. 12. The filter should be replaced regularly. (The car filter) should be replaced every six months. 13. Gap on the back of the blade: 0.65 mm at the front and 0.75 mm at the back. Theory of induction and gap inside the pump casing: single side – 0.5 mm. 14. Fit between the gear and the shaft: H4/K4; interference amount: 0.08 mm. The upper and lower casings are positioned using positioning pins. 15. Induce the thread to be left-handed: 1/2″, 20 teeth, 60°. (U.S. standard) 16. The main oil pump must be installed properly in its groove. After installation, manually check: up and down, left and right, as well as the anti-rotation pins.
