Precautions for replacing the valve sleeve of plug valve: 1. The size of the tire must be consistent with the size of the valve core. 2. When installing the valve sleeve (sealing sleeve) in the valve body, pay attention to the inlet and outlet positions and avoid deviation. 3. There are tapes on both ends of the valve sleeve, which need to be peeled off before installation. Level and correct the end face of the valve sleeve. 4. When installing (belting) the valve sleeve inward with a mold, it is necessary to proceed a little gradually. Press the mold with a gland and tighten it inward with a bolt. 5. Before the valve sleeve enters the sealing surface of the small head (bottom), apply oil to the mold and rotate it 720°. 6. Align the tip of the small head of the tire with the sealing opening of the small head (bottom) of the valve cover. Do not rotate to press the tire into the bottom. 7. Take out the tire mold and check whether the valve cover is in place and whether the small head of the tire mold passes through the sealing opening. 8. Insert the tire mold again, press it to the bottom, rotate 720°, and finally misalign the tire mold and the installation direction by 90°, and stay there for 20 minutes. 9. Take out the tire mold and check whether the valve sleeve is squeezed, scratched or otherwise damaged. 10. Install the valve core, press it into place, rotate it 30 to 45°, take out the valve core, and check whether there are any squeezes, scratches or other damage to the sealing parts of the inlet and outlet flow channels of the valve sleeve. 11. Install the valve core in place, rotate it 720°, take out the valve core, and check again whether the valve sleeve is squeezed, scratched, etc. 12. Install the valve core, end seal, gland, and worm gear valve stem in place. Turn the handwheel to check whether the starting position, parking position, and flushing and discharge position of the plug valve are in place. 13. Use hydraulic pressure to detect leaks. suggestion: Add a flat gasket at the bottom of the valve to prevent the valve sleeve from moving too much inward, resulting in poor sealing of the small head of the valve core.
