Wealth and Charm: An exchange period of one week is in effect, ending on April 5th. After that date, the option to exchange Charm for Wealth will be disabled; only Wealth can be used to exchange for Charm. Members who need to convert Charm into Wealth should do so by April 5th. The tax rate is 0%, with a requirement that the remaining balance after the exchange be 50

I don’t understand what the actual significance is. What is the purpose of restricting the exchange between wealth and charm?
That’s great; with sufficient wealth, one can exchange it for points and then upgrade. Thanks for introducing such good policies.

I have a question: what does it mean when the balance is 50? Does that mean it’s not possible to make a redemption if the balance exceeds 50? ?
