The original poster, please be more specific – what is the diameter of the converter? The additional 4500 Nm3 refers to 4500 m3 under standard conditions; pressure and temperature corrections are required under actual operating conditions.

What is the typical diameter of the tubes in a converter?
The diameter of the tube bundles is generally Φ57 or Φ45

Based on the 803 reaction tubes specified by the original poster, it should be a converter of Φ2400; for a converter of Φ3000, the number of reaction tubes is likely around 1400, while for a converter of Φ3200, the number of reaction tubes is probably around 1600; Considering the actual design of the equipment structure, the number of reaction tubes may decrease slightly.
